Ordering testing from Fullgen has never been easier!. We offer two different methods to send your patient’s sample to Fullgen:
1. Extraction of sample at the patient’s home
2. Sending patient sample kit by mail
– Order a Sample Submission Kit of saliva collection.
– Complete the appropriate Test Requisition Form and the informed consent of the analysis that will Performed, which can be found in your Sample Submission Kit
– Ship Sample Submission Kit to Fullgen
– Receive your result report in your email
