Our Team

Dr. Betiana Lerner  (Founder)
Expert in microfluidics and nanotechnology. Her doctoral work focused on nanopore development for biological molecule sensing. She leads research on PDMS microdevices for cell culture, organ-on-chip platforms, live cell imaging automation, and bioactive glass integration in tissue engineering contexts. She has served as PI on over 12 funded projects.

Dr. Maximiliano S. Pérez (Founder)
ResearcherSpecialist in nanotechnology, nanopore-based biosensors, and microfluidics. His work spans PDMS microfabrication for cell culture, DNA electrophoresis devices, Enhanced Oil Recovery microfluidics, and the design of the BIOTRON circular-channel system. He holds joint affiliations with UTN, UBA, and Florida International University.

Dr. Rocío Giménez (CEO)

Rocío Giménez holds a Ph.D. in Applied Sciences and Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, specializing in biofunctional microdevices for biomedical applications. Her expertise combines biology, materials science, micro- and nanofabrication, and microfluidics. Her career spans from studying functional nanostructured materials to developing platforms for cell manipulation and biological analysis.

Eng. Jessica Changuan (CTO)

Eng. Juan Fernando Campaña-Pérez
